Its adhesion, hydrophilicity, physical strength, chemical properties and other characteristics we are familiar with do not say much.

A. If it is A position of neat cracking, it may be the cracking caused by the stress contraction of the raw material, requiring more materials, such as -NCO value is not correct, resulting in disproportionation.


B, in the polyurethane liquid casting process, the temperature of the polyurethane roll core and the mold is required to be close to the temperature of the polyurethane liquid. When the temperature difference between the three is large, the curing speed of the material will be uneven, resulting in greater internal stress after curing of the polyurethane material, while the strength of the newly cured polyurethane is very low, the internal stress of the elastomer will be concentrated on the bonding surface of the iron core after stripping, and the polyurethane roller will form more cracks and local de-core, and there will be obvious cracks in serious cases. So the temperature difference is within 10 degrees Celsius.


C. Insufficient curing time. Of course, specific catalysts can be used to shorten the post-vulcanization time, generally 3 hours at 80 degrees can be released without post-vulcanization, and will not produce annoying bubbles and cracking caused by the use of general catalysts; In addition, do not move the mold until the release strength is reached to prevent cracking.


D, the newly produced polyurethane roller internal structure is unstable, should be placed in the outside world for a period of time, which can increase the toughness of the gel, thereby improving the durability effect. Generally, the storage of polyurethane rollers needs to be covered with plastic film after cleaning, and then the colloid is sealed to avoid exposure without pressure, and the correct storage can also improve the service life of polyurethane rollers.
